WHEN DO I GET MY CHECK?

A: ALM Services pay day is every Friday. If you work at an office that is closed on Fridays you will receive your check before the end of the shift on Thursday.

WHERE DO I GET MY CHECK?

A: Your check will be delivered to to the office you work at. If you prefer to have your check mailed to your home address or pick it up at our corporate office you must request so in writing by the Monday before payday to let us know. If you do not submit a request Monday your check will be sent to the location you work at.

CAN I GET MY CHECK MAILED TO ME?

A: If you prefer to have your check mailed to your home address you must request so in writing by the Monday before payday to let us know. If you do not submit a request by Monday, your check will be sent to the location you work at.

CAN I PICK UP MY CHECK AT THE ALM CORPORATE OFFICE?

A: If you prefer to pick up at our corporate office, you must request so in writing by the Monday before payday to let us know. If you do not submit a request by Monday, your check will be sent to the location you work at.

MY ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED. WHAT DO I DO?

A: Simply submit an address change or phone number change request in writing, with your signature, to ALM. Once we receive the request you will know the change has been processed when the updated information appears on your check stub.

Where do I send forms I need completed, such as Employment Verification, Department of Human Services Verification, etc?

A: Please fax requests and forms to 281-440-7411.
